I was in charge of Missions and Evangelism department, creating strategies of evangelism and ways to connect with the community and elevate the engagement of the church with the society. Part of my job was also Counseling Church Members and Discipleship new church members, Preaching and Teaching.

My job was focus in recieving phone calls of the passengers or potential costumers, providing information about airfares, flights informations, and recommendations to the passengers, charge the costumers for their purchases and changes and make changes in their reservation.

My job was update and delete the credit report of the costumers making an analisis of their petitions based in their financial behavior.

My job was to identify the need of our costumers and offers them not only what they were looking for, but guiding them to products and services that exceed their expectations.

My job was to train the new personnel, supervise my colleagues, handling complains and suggestions of the costumers, and bringing support to the full operations of the counter as check in, check out, create reservations and the petty cash management.
