The main aspects of my role include managing multiple relationships across different clients and locations, maintaining and developing recruitment pipeline, innovation workforce planning, supporting all initiatives and projects, providing continuous service and process improvements both internally and externally, stakeholder management of all levels, supplier management and team management, development and training. I partner with and understand a clients business, culture and specific role requirements. I provide resourcing advice and manage the full resourcing process, helping to improve and tailor the experience in order to secure the greatest talent available. I also provide numerous service value ads to my clients and develop and grow accounts.
