IAL Group in India & Dubai is a diverse multinational corporate with businesses in logistics, realty, manufacturing and agriculture.Worked for the group Company, IAL Logistics Emirates LLC until March 2019 in the Dubai office on deputation and then relocated back to Kochi/ India to work for IAL India Limited effective 1st April 2019. Was responsible for reorganizing various group companies for effective succession planning and coordinated various legal aspects and commercial realty deals.Deputed as the COO of the group company Makayiram Plantations Pvt Ltd to spearhead the plantation tourism project. Divisions include Dairy Farm, Cardamom Plantations and the hospitality division. Successfully completed the plantation resort project and launched it as Makayiram Retreat.Roles &Responsibilities• Organizational Restructuring: Took up the project of optimising the team size for IAL Middle East (UAE & Oman) during 2018• Change Management: Initiated and Implemented technology driven processes and worked with teams for embracing the change for 40 year old corporate to suit the vision of the management• Succession Planning: Created a platform for effective transition of leadership from first generation management to the second generation with futuristic goals in mind • Regulatory Compliance & monitoring: Liaison with Government departments, lawyers , consultants to ensure compliance with Indian and UAE laws pertaining to the business of IAL Group.• Process Management: Devised SOPs and implemented user friendly tools for effective management of various processes across various domains in the group Companies.ACHIEVEMENTS • Effectively prepared the Company to face the Pandemic and created light weight sustainable models and working environments • Successfully completed a turnkey hospitality project that include conceptualisation, project management, pre-launch and launch of business with all licensing.

Proactsys was an own initiative providing business consulting and turnkey services to start ups and SME’s in education, training and outsourcing domains. Developed and built business from start up for clinical research training and developed the process for business development, student screening, and training model and assessment systems. Developed the franchisee model, recruited and trained all personnel for all centers’ for business development and operations.Streamlined the student recruitment process, recruited and trained staff for centre operations and business development for clinical research training operations. Played a crucial role in the documentation and project presentation for the acquisition of the firm by a large business group.Setting up of a Back office for operational support to MVJ group’s business in Canada and Middle East. Provided consulting for complete infrastructure set up, staff recruitment and training for 24 hr back office operations for accounting jobs and order processing for window blinds whole sale business in Canada.

Co- founded a sate of art start up venture in Bangalore to promote international work exchange programs represented FIYTO (Federation of International Youth Travel Organization) and GWEA (Global Work Exchange Association) members from all over the world.

Commenced career with Amalgam Foods Ltd , a conglomerate of 11 leading seafood exporting companies in India. As a Mandapam division manager, effectively shouldered the responsibility of procurement and preprocessing from the Tamilnadu coast, pioneered the exports of “blue swimming crab” and established a monopolistic presence for the company in the region. Was an active team member to ensure ISO and HACCP implementation in the company.
