Marketing Management: Managed overall marketing operations and administration of this government facility that is comprised of three state-of-the-art theatres, four galleries, meeting, reception, classroom and rehearsal facilities, an outdoor sculpture garden and home to 14 resident art groups. Over 300 performances are held annually including symphony concerts, theatrical events and ballets. Annually, the galleries host more than 50 rotating exhibitions. Responsible for formulating and implementing company policies and procedures into everyday operations. Community Affairs: Worked extensively with community leaders, officials and businesses to coordinate public events & promotional activities. Media Relations Responsible for developing and implementing all Arts Center media/marketing campaigns including but not limited to advertising campaigns (local and national), media relations, press releases, public service announcements, media receptions & maintaining/designing the website.

Producer: Responsible for producing professional fundraising events.Media Production: In charge of developing, organizing and coordinating media production which included print, radio & television. Fundraising: Identified new and re-established historical sponsorship relationships -- raising corporate sponsorship by 36 percent and increased foundation and government support by 69 percent.Volunteers: Organized and scheduled over 1,000 volunteers a year. Educational Programs: Coordinated, planned and executed all aspects of the free Shakespeare-in-the-Schools educational tour.
