Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Demonstrate proficiency in the parts procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective inventory replenishment.Job Card Creation for service and repairs :Assign jobs to lead mechanics . Provide periodic updates to customers on the status of their vehicles and ensure customer satisfaction.Prioritization: Manage job card priorities in coordination with the Lead Mechanics. Provide necessary inputs to ensure the efficient workflow of service tasks.Inventory Management: Oversee the store inventory and conduct regular stock take activities. Ensure accurate recording and tracking of parts and accessories.Policy Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to organizational policies and standards. Uphold quality and service standards to meet customer expectations.Software Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software. Utilize these tools for efficient record-keeping, reporting, and data analysis.
