I am a results-oriented leader with over 10 years of experience in leading cross-functional teams. I promote accountability while maintaining a highly motivated staff, proficient in interacting and building effective working relationships with all levels of management, team members, and clients. I am passionate about digging in to find the real needs of the user or business and developing sustainable software solutions to meet those needs. As my career has progressed, I have found that I enjoy growing and building teams, removing roadblocks for the teams I manage, and challenging them to push themselves further than they thought possible.One of my key skills lies in removing barriers that impede my team’s success. Whether it is a lack of resources, a different project management approach, or advocating for my team’s needs to stakeholders, I always find a way to get the job done.
