In my time at Rabobank, I was simultaneously technically responsible for the Frontend of the Rabobank Online Development Platform called Senses, as well as the Frontend of the Rabobank mobile banking app for consumers. I've been switching between the role of Solution Architect and Product Owner, managing both technical stakeholders using the Development Platform, as well as business stakeholders regarding the mobile banking app.I designed, and managed the building and implementation of the completely renewed Frontend development Platform,- Senses 2.0. This next-generation frontend platform includes Typescript, Angular, Ionic and Redux, along with some custom core libraries. It fosters bank-wide cooperation in a Monorepo, managed by Nx as monorepo management tool. By the end of 2020, almost 100 DevOps teams are working on this new platform.In 2019, I lead the migration of the Banking app to this new Platform, simultaneously implementing a new look & feel of this app, including the rollout to 4.5 million customers. Approximately 50 teams were involved in this migration, and a taskforce of around 25 developers was formed to help make it happen. My role was to coordinate and technically oversee all ongoing changes, to manage the stakeholders of the app across different tribes and areas of the bank, as well as to help in the Software Design of the renewed app.

For the Digital Trade Chain project I'm bringing in Loopback expertise

Designed and built a hybrid iPad workflow app for technical consultants to easily build reports on what painting systems to use on larg scale projects. The frontend was built with Ionic, the backend was created with IBM/Strongloop's LoopBack (NodeJS)

As CTO of HomeRez I've set up the entire IT landscape from the ground up, developing the Property Management System, the Rates and Availability engine, Reservations management, and interfaces with third party websites on which we publish our properties.I also hired and managed the team of software developers that helped build these systems.
