During layout designer position I started to get more and more interested to lead layout team. After few years layout work and few projects I was ready for team leading from technical point of view.From natural haviour I am taking responsibility as a team leader in work and leisure. After RTL work I wanted to learn more and had possibility to start to work as a layout designer for updated version of 3G ASIC and shrik version of 3G ASIC.Tasks I did in layout designer position- Timing requirements specification- Logical synthesis, floorplanning, physical synthesis, clock tree synthesis, global routing- Static Timing Analysis- ECO.

After completing thesis work I started my career at Nokia ASIC department as a front-end module designer for first Nokia 3G Modem ASIC. Module is taking care of timing, synchronization, clocking and interrupts for whole modem.Tasks I did in this position: - Specification based on requirements coming from other HW modules, ASIC Top level and SW - RTL/VHDL.
