Combined with the technological enthusiasm of a university engineer, I have always demonstrated a deep interest in people and humanity. In my career, I have repeatedly been selected several times from a large group of people to take a leading position, especially in challenging circumstances. In my roles as senior manager and colleague, I have demonstrated strong inter-personal skills leading into highly committed teams with marvellous creativity and productivity.My added value in any organization is my capability of putting things on the move and energizing people towards their goals. I am able to get people's buy-in and support and to achieve the "unreachable". My style is demanding and I tend to challenge people - like I do myself - to make most of themselves and to cross their boundaries. At the same time, I know when and how the support is needed.My predominant management style is coaching, listening and appreciation, but I do not hesitate to take a more decisive course of action where needed. Attention to details comes natural to me. For me, challenges are opportunities where solutions lead to positive outcomes. Despite of being open-minded and favorable to innovation and new ways of thinking, I am a very practical and energetic actor, manager and leader who is always after the results.
