To support corporate DEI strategies, Jourdain guided the design and development of learning curriculum that focused on principals of diversity and inclusion. He specialized in the creation of various virtual instructor-led courses teaching about bias, race, gender, sexual orientation, allyship, and many more. His work concentrated on the infusion of real-world stories in the workplace to connect people to concepts. In addition, this role allowed Jourdain to influence and advance organizations’ use of technology to meet the growing demand for digital learning that is meaningful, relatable, and sustainable.

Jourdain served the United States Agency for International Development's Democracy, Conflict, and Humanitarian Assistance (DCHA) Bureau as an Instructional Design Specialist with USAID's Office of U.S. Foreign Disaster Assistance (OFDA) Training Unit. He designed, developed, and delivered robust training programs online and face-to-face. In this role, Jourdain applied various adult learning strategies to assist OFDA employees in carrying out the agency's mandate across the world. Areas of focus includes but not limited to technical sectors (e.g. shelters and settlements, food assistance, economic recovery), grants management, safety and security overseas, operational stress mitigation, and the prevention of sexual misconduct in the humanitarian aid sector.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of Navigate formerly Student Success Collaborative Campus application powered by the Education Advisory Board (EAB). Led all on-boarding and training efforts for Academic Affairs and University Life.As the system administrator I oversee the daily maintenance of the system and train users in basic and advance functionality.
