I am a fourth-year student at Eastern Michigan University pursuing my bachelor's degree in Management with a focus in Human Resources.I have worked as a Student Co-Op at DTE Energy Headquarters for the past two years, working part-time in both the Education and Awareness and Human Resource departments. During this time, I have developed a great interest and knowledge of data analytics, social media content creation, job recruiting, and event marketing.Throughout my time at DTE, I have developed a strong passion for continuous improvement and an even greater commitment to diversity equity and inclusion with my involvement in the Employee Engagement Committee. As a member of this committee, I have challenged myself to learn as much as I can about our enterprise and develop the skills that are necessary to perform my job duties above and beyond. While on this committee, I have developed the creative abilities to successfully plan and host virtual team building events for diverse audiences of 100+ colleagues and executives.
