CurrentDirect report to Director of Communications & Strategic Outreach • As part of this job role, I cultivate United Way's organizational and leadership voice, simultaneously managing and maintaining ownership of 6 social accounts- 4 organizational and 2 C-suite -across 4 platforms. Accountability for social strategies, content creation, implementation, analytics, community management, and brand/social influencers.Interviewing staff, community organizations, and corporate partners and writing blogs for United Way on grants, programs, and initiatives as well as writing on behalf of C-suite leadership.Key successes in this role: Increase in social presence by of over 133% across Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Created 70+ posts per week at the height of the pandemic.Consistent increase in engagements hitting a steady high of over 200, 000 at a 287% increase. Increase in reach across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram by 226%.Developed and executed a Virtual Brand Ambassador program that garnered community and corporate engagement and increased digital reach. Recruited and managed Brand Ambassadors maintaining frequent touchbases and providing support via creation of custom toolkits and more.Designed and implemented Best Practices workflows necessary for cross-functional collaboration and communication efficiency.
