I work as a part of the Software organization with developers, business users, and other quality engineering team members on the following:Mentor junior members of the QE team.Work with development managers and other software quality engineers in planning, development, and execution of software tests that cover smoke testing, feature testing, and post-release validation.Investigate defects using server logs, browser developer tools, or other resources and tools available.Create, update, maintain, and execute manual testing suites and testing metrics and as needed by releases or projects.Participate in software scrum projects for our internally developed software projects.Work with business to gain a better understanding of their needs for the software that is being developed.
