Hi my name is Kuan Ho Chen, just call me Harry, The Harry from Harry Potter I graduated from Feng Chia University with a master's in Computer Science and information engineering. My lab is doing research on Software quality assurance and DevOps-related skills. I Developed a quality-driven assessment system called ProgEdu with my lab. The purpose of the assessment system is to allow teachers to significantly reduce the time spent on homework testing, thereby enabling students to improve the quality of their learning. We use Maven as our Project Management tool and JAVA as our development language. We also Implement the most popular Agile development methodology in the current industry - which calls Scrum. The related Skills in this system include: Github, Jenkins, Use Docker for isolated every student’s environmentAnd use Kubernetes - the most scalable container orchestration management tool to manage docker containersOn the other hand, I also work with SIEMENS company during my time in the lab. They were developing a brand new system for their customers and we were going to design an automated testing system for their front-end portal. The automated testing system aims to detect every element in the front end to verify that functions are all available. The related skill include1.Basic front-end language (such as HTML, CSS, JS)2.Use Angular and VEU as Front-End framework3.Use Selenium to detect web elements and check if the function is workingThen I found my first JOB, which is an Electronic commerce company. Our team is responsible for Autopricing, It contains 3 parts, the first is to use our crawl system to crawl other competitors’ price information back and the second is to filter correct data to match our own product, finally produce an auto pricing report or present auto pricing statistics on the website. I learn to use Java Spring Framework, SpringBoot, and SQL skills like MS SQL and MongoDBBesides those professional skills and experience, I also have some special experience.I have been to a language school in Los Angeles called Kaplan, just because I want to force myself to improve my English skill in an English-speaking environment. During my master's degree, I went to participate in a technical-hackathon at Nuremberg in Germany for my school and win the Best Implementation Award. To summarize, I got not only Developing experience, team working experience, and competition experience. But also still full of enthusiasm for learning new stuff.
