Leverage digital solutions such as employee engagement platforms and productivity tools to drive sustainable improvements in the company's capacity.✅ Ensure that data is collection from various sources and stored in a centralized system for easy access and conduct appropriate Data Analysis.✅ Ensure appropriate company branding in relevant social medias & channels and maintenance of company websites.✅ Collect Buyer's feedback regularly and ensure Quality Control through appropriate inspection, testing, and measurement, etc.✅ Identify the key data sources that are critical to company's success, and develop a plan to capture, store, and analyze this data in a structured and meaningful way. Lead Business Research & Development according to business needs.✅ To assess IT needs for offices, manage IT assets, appoint proper consultant/vendors for various IT projects/needs of the company.✅ Assist sales team with shipment information, collaborate with commercial and accounts teams, and generate reports as required.
