Part of Suspension System team, focused on development of Rear Axle systems for future vehicles.My mission was to develop and make sure that the Rear Axle system of future vehicles would work as intending, by analyzing that no components would clash to each other under severe vehicle dynamic conditions.In charge of Rear Axle CAD assembly, passing project gateways in accordance to Automotive Product Development standards, using Siemens Teamcenter PLM to respect product development workflows.• Creation of CAD kinematic suspension models, for rear axle vehicle assemblies.• Simulating Rear Axle Vehicle kinematics under all life conditions.• Definition of components clearance target using tolerance chain analysis.• Clash components detection analysis through dynamic enveloppe generation.• Followup and reporting of existing major design issues to component owners.• Improvement of methodology and tools to detect component clash.
