Plans, organizes and directs all business operations for the Campus Meal Plan program and serves as the primary point of contact for all campus departments, dining outlets & vendors regarding the meal plan program. Acts as a bridge and liaison between CSUN, The University Corporation, and external clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Recommends opportunities for efficiencies and improvements to streamline processes in the department and makes recommendations in developing departmental goals, objectives, and systems. Leads meal plan professional and student staff. Coordinates meal plan accounting with campus departments. Oversees and performs accounting functions associated with the meal plan including invoicing, collections, card management and A/R reconciliation. Oversees meal plan participant information in associated management systems including the StarRez Student Housing platform and the SOLAR Student Administration for student billing and fees. Manages the digital MataCard/OneCard access as it relates to Meal Plan. Leads the Transact Campus Transaction System Enterprise (TSE) customer accounts for meal plan program participants. Configures board plans, stored value accounts, automatic tools, schedules reports and logs for data analysis and oversees card printing for meal plan participants.

Coordinates the development, implementation, and oversight of CSUN’s administrative meal plan policies and procedures. Manages meal plan contracts for 1700+ students and staff. Answers contract inquiries, processes change/cancellation requests, uploads student billing and oversees meal plan revenue and sales.

Supported the administrative and system management of the campus meal plan program. Tracked meal plan program participants, communicated with participants, and assisted with billing inquiries. Served as the first point of contact for students and parents.

Oversaw the planning, implementation, and evaluation of a front desk operational and security program for 2-3 residential buildings. Managed the CS Gold residential card access system for residents, campus partners and visitors. Completed administrative tracking and budgets of front desk resources, safety equipment, materials, and services.Supervised 40-60 Office Assistants and 2-3 Office Managers for 2-3 residential communities of between 100-500 residents each. Led the recruitment, selection, supervision and training of 3 graduate Lead Office Managers, 9 undergraduate Office Managers and over 100 Office Assistants.Provided accountability opportunities to residents through a student conduct process centered in social justice and holistic learning. Participated in campus-wide duty coverage.

Served as the primary administrative support and office manager for the Rachel Carson College Housing and Residential Life Office. Coordinated the student housing contracts for a community of 900-1000 residents including assisting with accounts and billing questions and leading the Onity door access system for room and building access.Led the housing selection processes including assigning room requests, coordinating roommate matches, reviewing housing and theme option requests, and accommodating requests from the Disability Resource Center. Managed associated databases, rosters, forms, student accounts and housing records.Drafted routine correspondence, updated website content, and created newsletters for residents regarding housing, food services, facilities, and residential life updates.

Led the after school parent education initiatives for the Migrant Education program hosted at five elementary schools and served between 350-400 families. Organized and facilitated parent education meetings, scheduled trainings, guest speakers, and teacher intervention meetings

Supported 30 students through an online self-paced learning program focused on Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II and Trigonometry. Implemented child guidance practices, goal orientation, and assisted with homework, classwork and projects through individualized learning plans both one-on-one and in group sessions.

Provided academic and career advising to high school students pursuing post secondary education. Provided academic enrichment workshops and tutoring for participants. Supported the facilitation of a summer credit recovery program.
