- Carry out an initial risk assessment and inform and involve the social welfare center as the guardianship authority to be involved in the further decision-making process on the protection of the child- Provide information to families with children and youth groups, to make their journey through Serbia as predictable as possible- Provide support to the local administration, representatives of the Ministry of interior and the Commissariat- Identify the most vulnerable children who are in high risk- Direct these individuals to service providers who can respond to their needs- Provide support to the social welfare centers as the guardian authority - collecting necessary information about the specific cases of suspected abuse, neglect, trafficking, or in the case of minors who were separated from their group and cannot continue their journey without additional support- Provide other administrative support to the social welfare centers and institutions within the social protection system

- Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information, establishing entry priorities- Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution- Enters customer and account data- Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures- Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data- Tests customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data; reviewing output- Secures information by completing data base backups- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
