The tool analyses four domains: distress thermometer, symptom/side effect review, malnutrition screening and physical activity screening, including an assessment of patient feedback. Supportive care screening during cancer treatment is evidence-based and essential for quality care, representing a key area for improvement in health services. The project aims to evaluate the feasibility of implementing ePROMs in routine clinical care, analyse data to identify common issues for cancer patients and enhance clinical resource allocation in order to ensure patient needs are met.
