As a Support Specialist in the team, I am responsible for a range of duties related to the KN Login system. These include creating access for customers, resolving issues within the platform, and completing additional tasks as defined by established procedures. In addition to these responsibilities, I consistently identify opportunities for process improvements and automation that lead to increased efficiency and cost savings for the organization. I conduct daily analyses of all visibility issues related to shipments within the KN Login system. Through the timely resolution of these issues, I minimize disruptions to the supply chain and ensure that customers receive the highest level of service possible.
