Operating as an independent professional in the field of communications since 2019, I have finally named these efforts – Comms Coach.Some of the projects I was happy to work on: Depopulation Data Challenge (UNDP Serbia), WordPress Camp Europe, NamesCon and CloudFest conferences (Production Pool), new products launch (Sinclair Pharma) and many more.

In January 2019, I have started developing the project "Artikoolacije" for the HOOLOOVOO company. The project consisted of art exhibitions in their office space and meetups on various non-tech topics (see links below for more info).The main goal of the project was to promote young artists and consequently, to connect individuals from two diverse worlds: arts and tech.During 2019, 4 exhibitions took place at HOOLOOVOO, where over 20 artists have shown the total of 250 artworks. The result was the sale of 50 artworks which have surpassed the sum of 3000 euros. It was evident the project needed to move out from HOOLOOVOO in order to attain its goals, so I was given the right to develop it further under the same name. Around that time, I have joined forces with Vladimir Mitrovic and Olga Vajagic in founding Krîvā association which aims at connecting arts and tech. Krîvā represents a continuation of my academic research concerning the potential marriage of the vibrant tech ecosystem, growing rapidly and the creative cultural ecosystem, with yet unexplored potential.

This was my first job outside of Serbia, and I was happy to work in a different IT ecosystem. The company doubled in size during this period and my position was somewhere between marketing and HR.

This was the happiest period of my professional career!I helped the company's hiring efforts by organizing author events and building relationships with IT communities in Serbia. Also, I was a part of the Digital Serbia Initiative on behalf of the Seven Bridges team.

Even though I realized agency life was not my cup of tea, I was bribed to take this job offer because it involved one the most prominent restaurant accounts in Belgrade: Toro Latin Gastro Bar, Mala fabrika ukusa, Burrito Madre and later, Ambar. At the time I joined, the agency had a major client, a celebrity chef – Richard Sandoval.

At Fullhouse, I worked in a small digital team. I was responsible for the execution of digital strategies for several Štark brands and two Sarantis brands. Later on I took part in writing proposals of digital strategies and pitching to clients. My primary clients were Piraeus Bank, Coca-Cola and Ušće Shopping Center.

I began working at Gecko Solutions Company as a content and copywriter in May 2012, and after a couple of months I was appointed Head of the copywriting team. Later on, I created strategies for PPC campaigns (Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, Yandex), monitored their execution and took part in community management.

First appointed gallery PR, I was working on advertising the gallery both to the media and artists. Later on, due to my prior interest in IT, I became a coordinator of the Belgrade Festival of New Communications (B-link).In 2011 I was engaged in the fundraising process for B-link 2011 and after gaining all the necessary funding, I led and organized the Festival for the second time.I have successfully organized over 40 exhibitions and 20 PR events in O3ONE.
