- Monitoring, evaluation and archiving of Purchase Order Requests for purposes of financial approval by Director of Plan, Control & Reporting and CFO.- Preparation of financial and non-financial reports such as EBITDA variance analysis, Energy balance and other reports for Director of Plan, Control & Reporting and CFO.- Translation of documents English – Montenegrin and vice versa.- Etc.

- Preparation of Income statement and Balance sheet forms in accordance with IAS and IFRS for internal purposes.- Creating new form of management reporting with emphasis on Income statement, Net financial position and other accounts of Balance sheet.- Creating new model of cost allocation between Service and Profit centers.- Etc.
