Specialized position within Learning Commons. Responsible for providing troubleshooting services and resolving technical issues. Provides one-on-one assistance to patrons with computer software including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite. Also, assists patrons at the Learning Commons desk. Audio, video and graphic design experience is favorable but not required.Also answering questions and referring patrons to appropriate employees or resources in the Library. Circulates materials such as books, textbooks, laptops, DVD’s, study rooms, and other supporting technology. Participates in activities and events that market the library and its activities.
