Paramount Property Group has three divisions, Property Development, Construction, & Manufacturing.Overseeing the Property Development and Manufacturing sector of the company my role involved but was not limited to project managing the property portfolio, increasing the value of the portfolio via gaining Development Consents. Overseeing and ensuring the design concept for the projects became realisations by following Paramount Property Group strong ethos to quality design, & use of recycled and raw materials. As a part of this realisation process, it required strong team collaboration with the not only the construction team but consultants and other financial investors. Paramount Property clear market difference helped with the process as it always set the team up for a common goal with clear objectives.Initially, the role started in a smaller capacity using previous design, architecture and industrial design studies to produce designs for shop fit outs, concepts property studies, facade designs for the apartment building and shop drawings for manufacturing the details to see the vision into fruition.The role grew naturally as the business built up and got larger until I had a dedicated team of architects, draftsman and engineers to cope with the work. Prior to leaving the role, we built up the manufacturing department to the point where it could launch as its own company and brand "Design Factory", as well with the aid from my assistant threw a successful launch party for the company in a recently compleated development.The role included partnering with other Property Development firms such as ThirdI Group, Milligan Group, & Miles Developments. The role also exposed me to working on projects with the architectural talent including SJB, BKA, Candalepas Associates, Tzannes Associates, Gylde Architects & Ghazi Al Ali.

Being with a diverse firm that has a lot of high end residential projects as well as large high density apartment projects gave me experience in not only being flexible but developing a wide range of skills. Part of my role was refining the in-house CAD systems to streamline documentation production for our clients.

A leading edge design firm with 2 offices in Australia and with more than 50 staff. The firm specializes in efficient use of space and producing Dutch influenced designs for the affordable housing market. My work is focused on apartments and medium density housing products. Emerant Lane in Lane Cove was one where was involved heavily in the documentation process for CC and construction documentation, and liaising with the consultants.

I focused on the design, documentation and construction of some small residential projects. As well I did a school refurbishment with in budget. I also used my skills in photoshop to refine renderings for the property market.

I managed a 24 hour assistance line for managers and employees of our customers. I took a wide variety of calls requiring me to think on my feet, gain the trust of whom I was speaking to and judge the best course of action for their personal safety and well-being. The position also required me to build relationships over the nationally based contractors.
