The project consists of constructing a new track flyover superstructure and reconstructing the old infrastructure from Lawrence to Bryn Mawr (Meade Electric is the main electrical contractor for the project).- As the Quality Engineer, responsibilities included creating/maintaining installation checklists/test reports aligning with project specifications/requirements, managing and conducting checklists and test reports for on-going electrical work (i.e. megger testing, joint/welded resistance testing, 3-point fall of potential testing), maintaining and closing out quality deficiencies/non-conformances/punchlist items/worklist items, coordinating factory acceptance/witness testing for ordered materials, ensuring equipment calibrations were up to date, reviewing daily reports for field personnel, participating in weekly quality meetings, providing documentation & presenting for audits performed by the owner’s representatives/general contractor, performing material inspection reports, and reviewing submittals.
