I have built multiple websites using coding from scratch (HTML, CSS3, Javascript), Wix , Wordpress and Elementor website builders.

My role has been fixing a wide variety of phone types including iPhones, Android phones and many more.I've been swapping displays, parts of hardware that have broken - motherboards, speakers, batteries and much more.

I've been repairing computer hardware,which includes swapping parts and diagnosting what the issue with them is. I have also worked with computer softwares including Linux, Windows (XP, 7, 8, 10) and MacOS which I have been installing and fixing.

At this company, I have used my skills for Technical Support and Remote issue troubleshooting and solving.I've used Active Directory, ServiceNow ticketing system for creating and managing tickets, Rescue remote connection software, PowerShell, Command Prompt and various other software solutions to make your work easier. I've talked with many customers from different backgrounds and one thing in common is: if you can actively listen and understand the customer and show that you care, you can make your job much easier, especially if you love the job that you do.I'd also add that this job has allowed me to further build my English skills - talking to native English speakers everyday has greatly improved my pronunciation, vocabulary and accent.
