Current MD candidate at Wayne State University School of Medicine looking forward to combining my experience in hospital administration with clinical learning to begin to better understand how quality of care, provider burnout, patient satisfaction and more can be improved. Excited to see what the future holds and how I can make the biggest impact on those working in, and being treated by, the medical system. I am a highly organized, disciplined and motivated worker not afraid to put in the extra time to get things done right. Along with this, I believe that collaboration and communication are key aspects of success and a productive environment. But most importantly, as a teacher I am continuously reminded of the value in failure as a stepping stone to success, and I look forward to each new stepping stone I come across.
