Lead the preassembly and assembly team (up to 65 operators)Making instant decisions in accordance with the current available resources and production plans Manage quality issues and delegate actions to the team Planning the distribution of materials within the production line in order to meet the production plan and prevent over-accumulation of materials Keep relevant data up to date and present out weekly using KPI shop floor control Implement improvements to 5S, continuous process flow, ergonomics and one-piece flow Implement cost reduction and cost saving ideas using Kaizen tooling techniques

Conducting market research to collect data and draw inferences to arrive at decision points, considering the overall strategic direction of the Retail Division.
