▪ Leading the team of professionals in charge of regional retail operation across 8 markets in Adriatic region▪ Drive the planning, development and execution of Annual Retail Marketing plans, in alignment to market imperatives.▪ Develop, implement and review 3-6 month in-store marketing plan, based upon market analysis, the Marketing Strategy and the Marketing Platform, which will subsequently drive sell-out of the products and propositions in the channel(s), maximizing ROI and ensuring performance issues are addressed. ▪ Ensure the implementation of the global Aspiration Brand Guidelines and business diversification and cooperate with local partners and resources to amplify Brand awareness and Brand experiences in retail environment.▪ Market Intelligence: Collecting field data information and supporting the Sales teams in understanding the competitive landscape, in order to develop our competitive positioning, messaging and programs.▪ Retail Planning & Analysis: Analyse retail trends and competitors retail activities. Retail data/sell-out performance analysis, budget planning and ROI analysis. Strategic development of Samsung's retail presence in Adriatic region. Retail mapping and segmentation, dealer/site selection, real estate analysis. Generate shopper insights & retail design innovation ideas. Initiate new retail solution/program to enhance in-store experience. ▪ Field Force Management and Visual Merchandising: Coordinate field force members’ activities across managed markets in order to stimulate higher sales volume, by applying merchandising guidelines and by leading the team of Samsung Sales Consultants.▪ Training & Support: Leadership of team of professionals responsible for delivery of retail sales training programs and learning content for Samsung Mobile, Consumer Electronics, and Home Appliance products.
