Duties and Responsibilities • Meet, greet and evaluate costumers needs and concerns. Preparing job card and completing all the details of the costumers.• Create an estimate for immediate needs and any other recommendation based on inspection.• Order and prepare all the parts that the costumers need.• Assigning specialized technician for the appropriate jobs.• Take customer calls and provide accurate and satisfactory information to their queries and concerns about their car tires specification.• Ascertains automotive problems and services by listening to customer's description of symptoms; clarifying description of problems; conducting inspections; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules.• Verifies warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining all the requirements needed.• Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles.• Arranging parts, tires and sending Local Purchase Orders (LPO) to the suppliers for the various orders.• Prepares repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into service database system.• Maintains customer report by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle; obtaining customer's approval of estimates; obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers; answering questions and concerns; arranging towing and temporary transportation.• Maintains automotive records by recording problems and corrective actions planned.• Leading the team to build a good relationship with the customer and putting strategy to make a good business.
