Hired as Singapore Tourism Board’s first ever F&B consultant in Vietnam to launch the country’s inaugural chef dining series. I ideated concepts, paired, coordinated, facilitated with menu development as well as marketing and communications for three cross-border chef collaborations featuring both Singapore and Vietnam restaurants to showcase Singapore’s dining scene in Vietnam.The three activations spanned 3-4 months with multiple sold out evenings in Vietnam. 🇻🇳
