1. To plan and forecast rotable materials in order to ensure availability andeffective allocation of inventory to support aircraft operations.2. Conducts review to calculate stock requirement to support daily operation, thisalso includes upon Operations requests, Management request, InitialProvisioning and Re-Provisioning.3. Analysis and review for the replacement of the materials under BER (BeyondEconomical Repair) and scrapped items from our own stock and/or on behalf ofthe customer’s stock.4. Coordination with stakeholders to RFQ rotable parts, purchase of materials andto ensure that material receive on time and with no discrepancy.5. Prepares Purchase Requisitions for the replacement of scrapped units, initialprovisioning, new fleets and purchase on behalf of customer6. Prepares disposal for the surplus assets, material classification downgrading and write off for questionable asset if any.

Philippines

1. To source and procure materials and services to support aircraft operation andensure that the right part and right quantity is provided at the right time in themost cost effective way.2. Handles the timely and cost efficient procurement/purchase of consumables,and Rotables parts required to support daily/regular aircraft maintenancerequirements.3. Evaluate quotations from suppliers, conducts negotiation, prepares PurchaseOrder and monitors delivery.4. 24/7 AOG Desk Support, which includes Review and Monitoring of Daily StatusReport, and watch List to ensure that any items ordered is received on or beforethe required scheduled date of replacement.5. Handles, review and resolution of Receiving Discrepancies of orders.6. Resolve invoice and billing discrepancies of order, which includes coordinationwith Vendors and Finance to ensure that the charges and transactions are properly closed.

National Capital Region, Philippines

1. To support aircraft material purchaser and superiors in performing their daily duties and responsibilities2. Prepares monthly KPI report for Aircraft Support Purchasing Division and consolidate for the Department. 3. Reviews and prepares monthly budget for the Division4. Assists in preparing Department Strategic Planning Reports and regular Management Meeting Report. 5. Prepares Purchase Requisition of office supplies & equipment, employee amenities and other materials/items required for daily operations6. Records, controls and monitors supplies & equipment and other items used on daily office operations to prevent over usage 7. Assists in the resolution of invoice and billing discrepancies, which includes coordinating with different departments and/or foreign and local vendors. 8. Perform other liaison work as deemed necessary by superiors for the effective operation of the division.
