I've been with Xillium since its inception in 2011. I helped establish the company's tech and security frameworks, taking a hands-on approach to laying down the standards, systems, and processes to ensure the company's compliance with the US healthcare industry. Beyond Xillium, I've also had the privilege of teaching at one of the oldest universities in Iloilo City. Now, as one of the key leaders in Xillium, I manage and oversee the daily business operations, collaborating closely with department heads and supervisors. I spearhead IT and security, guide the compliance department, and remain deeply engaged in supporting all of Xillium's employees.
