• Implements tactical sourcing strategies for job requisitions given by hiring managers using job boards and other web-based sourcing technologies• Screens and qualifies prospective candidates• Is in charge of managing candidate databases for specific clients, as well as regularly reporting these data-Sourcing resumes on all assigned jobs using job boards, networking sites, referrals, etc. to find high-quality candidates whose skills, qualifications, and personality best match the job description specified by the client.-Utilizing knowledge of multiple sources to develop and execute efficient and cost-effective recruiting strategies for sourcing qualified candidates.-Pre-screening and interviewing candidates and applying selection criteria and using behavioral interview techniques.-Coordinating the interview and hiring process to include: interview scheduling, background checks, reference checks, and offer letters.-Preparing documentation related to potential leads and candidate assessments; utilizing and maintaining related files and systems for tracking, analysis, and reporting purposes.
