A successful record in quickly understanding new complex environments that are experiencing a high degree of change, has enabled me to flex between both executive and advisory remits. I lead the design and delivery commercially grounded digital, data, technology and innovation programs. Whether it be devising the Group Digital Strategy at BAE Systems for the incoming CEO, designing an innovation program for a global conglomerate, launching numerous products, or building a global supporter base of over 2.5m in 18 months. I enhance business and organisations capabilities at speed and scale. My experience is multifaceted having worked in consumer electronics, sport, FMCG, Financial Services, Central Government, Geospatial data, and the Utility sector. I have led a wide range of large scale successful digital transformation programs in multiple sectors, driving change and making an impact by collaborating across many functions supported by the ability to harness key digital and technology trends.Currently working as Head of Digital within one of the largest capital infrastructure programs in the UK delivering new capabilities for both the current and £2.5bn future program. Additionally, I work with a number of central Government and law enforcement agencies, within the Accelerated Capability Environment (A.C.E.) delivering new innovative capabilities across a range of programs, manage senior stakeholder engagement, provide insight and research as part of a matrix teams where speed and agile working practices are critical to mission delivery.
