This has been recently utilised through the presentations given at National Landlord Association local meetings and other property related forums such as ARLA.I am frequently asked to present on topical issues at events and write for publications including Tax Advisor, Leaders client newsletter, Professional Housebuilder, Sussex Life and Kent Life. Recent topics have included the use of Family Investment Companies, buying property off-plan, Stamp Duty Land Tax and Top 5 tax matters landlords should be aware of. I studied AAT, ACA and CTA progressing my way from accounts trainee to manager in the 7 years I was at the firm.I was involved in accounts compliance for sole-traders, partnerships, companies and trusts. I also dealt with the associated tax returns.As part of my role I was responsible for a number of staff members helping to train them alongside their college studies.
