My professional journey has navigated me through the changing world of mobile telecoms for the last twenty years. We identified a gap in the marketplace back in 1996 as there wasn't a strong B2B mobile provider that was delivering both excellent value and customer experience, so we built a business on these foundations. Over the years, I have used my expertise to focus on leadership, customer experience and building award winning teams. Our company commitment to delivering an exceptional level of customer experience in an industry renown for poor customer service has led to a number of European and global awards. Active Digital, which I co-own and operate with my brother, Richard Groves, now employs 30 staff, with offices in Kent, London and Dublin. We remain the only Telefonica O2 direct partner in the UK to win a global award for customer experience. I have been officially recognised for my success by Growing Business magazine and was awarded '35 under 35' in Management Today magazine in 2010 as featured in The Times. I have also won awards at Kent Women in Business Awards.Using my business knowledge, I now write and contribute for Changeboard, Training Journal, First Women, Huffington Post, Business Growth and InStyle UK. Furthermore, I am a regular guest contributor for BBC Radio Kent.I am passionate about business and inspired to give my clients an exceptional customer experience through any product or solution my organisation provides.
