Deloitte Leadership brings together Deloitte’s leading Human Capital capability with Kaisen’s research based approach to scale a comprehensive leadership practice globally. Within my role I focused on leadership strategy, assessment, coaching and development. I also engaged in senior level executive coaching, whilst supporting an internal team of psychologists in developing their capabilities.

Kaisen was one of the UK’s largest firms of Business Psychologists, working with companies such as HSBC, Deloitte, William Hill, Novartis, Atkins and Linklaters using psychology to improve the quality of leadership at all levels. The work was international in scope supporting clients with leadership assessment, recruitment, talent management, succession planning, leadership development and coaching.

Following nomination for the British Associate for the Advancement of Science award for my undergraduate psychology research project, I was invited to join an ESRC funded project exploring issues in educational psychology, involving a collaboration between Oxford University, Oxford Brookes and the London Institute of Education. The key research area involved investigating new methods for teaching literacy and numeracy in schools.
