Bloomscape is a Detroit-based startup focusing on DTC houseplants and accessories. During my two years on the Customer Support team, I built out and administered systems for customer return requests, as well as for app technical support, including bug and feature request tracking and product development. I strive for efficiency and quality, and regularly exceeded performance goals for customer support interactions. Other duties included training new CSRs, acting as a liaison between CS and merchandise and other teams, and having administrative responsibilities with our CRM, Hubspot.

As part of the founding team at this local cafe and bike shop: created operating procedures from the ground up for the cafe, assisted in training new employees, managed inventory of supplies and goods, (including COGS), event planning, and administrative responsibilities. I've also consulted the B&C staff on a couple of occasions regarding training and direction.
