In this role I am responsible for the Domino's Bookkeeping Services (DBS) team which provides bookkeeping services to Domino's Franchisees across Australia & New Zealand. This was a period of significant growth in the number of franchisee clients serviced by the DBS team, including the rollout of services into New Zealand. I implemented a number of new technologies to streamline processes and to improve the quality of reporting received by our franchisee clients.
