  In this role, I was responsible for building, embedding and now the ongoing management of a Creative Development team within the Bank. I currently manage a team of 4 creatives and matrix-manage several other colleagues across the Bank to ensure the timely delivery of all of the Bank's multimedia content.I am currently responsible for:Managing new media content for external and internal communications; this includes the direction, production and editing of video content (films, interviews etc), managing apps. Also the creation and monitoring of digital communications channels and the management of third party agencies/suppliers and internal stakeholders for content creation. Providing the Bank with a complete live streaming production service to social media channels, covering high profile events held internally and on location around the UK.Developing and executing a Bank-wide creative media strategy working with key business stakeholders from across the Bank and in particular.Leading on all external and internal film direction, production and content development. This includes working with the Bank's senior leadership team, providing advice and coaching them on their presentation style, content, and tone.Working with and advising third party suppliers and internal stakeholders on content creation, suitable platforms / technology, reputational considerations and ensuring that a consistent feel or brand is applied across these platforms.Being the Bank’s subject matter expert on all filming, direction, production and film presentation.
