Cash management responsibilities. Review insurance requirements, certificates of insurance and policy renewals for subcontractor agreements. Office management budget.

Accounting and record keeping for 2 construction companies and a Homeowner’s Association. Quarterly and annual government employee reporting. Liaison with County, City, other governmental agencies and utility companies for permit application. Assist with construction scheduling. Review company insurance requirements and policy renewal, subcontractor.
