- Second chair of trial team in multi-million-dollar breach of contract action- Drafted dispositive motions, conducted legal research, and coordinated litigation strategy for large and mid-sized institutions- Lead internal investigations including conducting witness interviews and drafting investigation reports- Represented Fortune 100 companies in breach of contract and tort matters brought in federal court and in arbitration
