I assist small companies without a dedicated HR department through the hiring process. I work with them to create a job listing, determine where it should be shared to find the type of person they are seeking, and screen respondents to create a list of likely candidates. Once the list has been narrowed down to a manageable number of suitable candidates, we conduct interviews in person together to find the perfect fit for their team. I also create original web content for these clients, write copy for their marketing materials, and provide copy editing services.
