About Joy Bailey
A little about me, with a few qualifications under my belt, and a lot of experience in the design industry, I have been helping businesses get noticed for 3 decades. I have had many roles and learnt along the way from my peers and taken courses in printing, photography and web development.I have been a web designer and graphic designer now for 30+ years and have been running my own studio for 20+ years, under the business name of Trondez. I supply SME and Large Corporations with a variation of branding, artwork for print, animation, video editing, marketing , social media management, SEO, google ads, blogging, app development, programming, coding and web development.With my team, I construct websites, using Wordpress, Joomla, HTML and bespoke with Laravel. From UX to UI I concentrate on what looks good and functions well. I run my own servers and supply Hosting and Domain Support so everything is covered in one place. Also have a wide knowledge of Google its workings, marketing including organic and paid for SEO. Also under the trondez name I visualise and complete logos and branding, whether a new business or re-brand, I take the time to listen to my clients. I can supply artwork for brochures stationery, posters, banners and pretty much anything graphical and print. I have had the pleasure in seeing my artwork all over Australia and UK. And soon the world with my involvement in Nexus Files Studio delivering the branding, animation, marketing and websites for one of their movies by Director Chris Sun, The Possessed.I have a great deal of experience in event management, supplying power point with a twist and design flare to many companies over the years.For 10 years I also offered my clients photography including product shots, event coverage which led to domestic photography including wedding day packages. This came to an end when trondez exploded in size and projects became bigger and more time consuming.My portfolio ranges from local small companies, to government agencies.Just recently my abilities for project management and marketing got noticed by a global company and I am now the Marketing Director for ACMP AUSTRALIA. Being Self Employed as a graphic and web designer is a JOY, not a job. I love to design and logo design/branding, and assisting many start up businesses is a great part of my job. Digital print, marketing and artwork are also in my wheelhouse as a designer for 30+ years. Creating websites from HTML to full Ecommerce websites is achieved using multiple well known off the shelf products such as Wordpress, WooCommerce, Joomla, Opencart and also subscription sites such as Shopify. I also code sites in HTML Java PHP and CSS. I started to diversify into Laravel with my team and completing high end portals and complex websites. I am also completing Mobile Applications for IOS and Android.Everything Social - I also provide marketing advice and set up Facebook pixels, instagram feeds and more.Google and Semrush are my SEO Masters - I work to get companies high in Google with a mix of analytics, blog writing and organic keywords. Presentation files from PDF brochures to Powerpoint Presentations are another design abillity.I have a team that works with me to produce all sorts of digital media so any size job is possible.
