Responsible for the accurate and timely entry of all pertinent data and transactions in SAP for the assigned business area, the maintenance of accurate and real time inventory positions, and the utilization of analytical tools to understand, solve, and present business problems for the Polymers Business.Responsibilities:• Ensuring constant processes and procedures are foll followed across the Olefins Inventory Planning organization. • Forecast and plan ahead to accommodate… Show more Responsible for the accurate and timely entry of all pertinent data and transactions in SAP for the assigned business area, the maintenance of accurate and real time inventory positions, and the utilization of analytical tools to understand, solve, and present business problems for the Polymers Business.Responsibilities:• Ensuring constant processes and procedures are foll followed across the Olefins Inventory Planning organization. • Forecast and plan ahead to accommodate customer shipments utilizing appropriate inventory planning and optimum transportation modes. • Manage exchange agreements and third party inventories; including monthly reconciliations. • Identify and improve communication between business and sales management, customer service, operations, logistics, and customers; for the Polymers Inventory Planning organization as a whole. • Lead LYB efforts to monitor and achieve continuous improvement in Regional Distribution Center quality, service, and cost performance. • Facilitate efforts on problem resolution and root cause analysis of quality and service incidents, including Wrong Product Shipped, if needed. • Identify and implement programs which reduce cost, increase efficiency, and align procedures. Other Skills: This position requires complex problem resolution skills, good business acumen, together with advanced customer service, and results orientation.
