TRAINING• Coordinates training classes with external vendors. Point of contact for external trainers the day of training. • Ensures training surveys are sent to all participants to help monitor and measure the effectiveness of training. Maintains all attendance records.• Monitors enrollment and participation for training grants. Completes all training grant paperwork.ANALYTICS• Responsible for design and maintenance of HR Analytics reports. Extracts and analyzes data to help ensure data integrity. Assists in identifying trends in the data in order to positively affect the work environment. • Creates and send surveys via survey monkey for new hires and training class.WELLNESS• Coordinates Wellness Activities in an effort to promote meaningful wellness programs to help improve overall health and lifestyles of our employees. • Prepares emails to announce and remind staff in advance of Wellness events. Promotes participation and tracks participation for wellness credits. ADMINISTRATIVE• Tracks employee badges• Updates Internal Communication website using SharePoint. Monitors content and acts as first line of support to users.
