 Negotiate cost pricing with top shipping agencies. Perform Job summaries (SP-COST) for the profit margin execution (FOB, EX-WORKS, CIF…) Responsible of the documentation part in the export unit Responsible of the invoices in the export unit (ERP and SAP programs) Being the Customer service for the export unit Responsible for the import clearance invoices, Air Freight invoices, cross, Projects and UNICEF invoices. Perform several shipping related booking with well-known shipping companies, mainly: CMA-CGM, UASC, Safmarine, Maersk, Seagoline, MSC, COSCO, YML, etc.. Follow up with clients on daily basis and follow up with all shipping lines in a timely matter. Follow up with our agents internationally and prepare all clients’ related documentations (payment requests, BOL (Master or House), etc...).  Follow up door to door process in every related country. (UAE, Saudi Arabia, China, Iraq, Jordan, etc..) Process several online Shipping Orders, Shipping Instructions & D/O using BCTC for all destinations globally. Working on a daily basis with the company’s broker at the Port of Beirut for all custom procedures and the VGM process. Updating daily the export operations  Responsible for the statistics of the export unit Responsible for the export part of the tank containers with Bulkhaul (agent) Performing and following up all the LCL procedures with our sister company. Following up with the outsourced transportation manager for the trucking procedures. Responsible for the closing of the export unit files.
