Developed project office processes, definition of project member roles and responsibilities, impact analyses, communication, documentation and training.• Managed the Sales Information Systems department budget for all personnel, hardware, software, maintenance and professional services.

• Led the migration of 100+ external customer systems for Y2K.• Lead role in the business process reengineering of newly combined sales organization that resulted from a merger of two competing companies.• Developed and managed an executive selling program that was used to match internal company executives with customer executives in a mutually beneficial relationship.

• Responsible for developing and deploying marketing programs targeted at the installed base customers. Managed budget, resources and indirect channels for campaign deployment.• Responsible for reducing company’s cost of sales by migrating 4000 accounts from direct sales to indirect channels while maintaining revenue and customer satisfaction. Duties included customer presentations, problem resolution, establishing partner relationships and introducing tele-account management to customers.

• Responsible for all federal agency (civilian and DOD) accounts in northern California as well as prime contractors and electronics companies outside of the bay area.
