Youth Activism Project's Chief Operations Officer and LTHJ Global's Instructional Designer are the dual roles that I currently hold, leveraging my expertise in educational design and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). I have a Master's degree in Educational/Instructional Media Design from Fort Hays State University and more than fifteen years of experience in the education and nonprofit sectors.As the Chief Operations Officer at Youth Activism Project, I oversee the operational and financial aspects of the organization, which empowers young people to lead change initiatives. I also work as an Instructional Designer at LTHJ Global, where I create engaging and effective DEI learning solutions for various clients, and for our online platform, Sojourn DEI. With a Master's degree in Instructional Design from Fort Hays State University and over 15 years of experience in the education and nonprofit sectors, my core competencies include in DEI education, UX design, change management, HR, policy development, employee benefits, and project management. I am passionate about using my abilities to support the missions, visions, and values of Youth Activism Project and LTHJ Global, and to help learners and leaders achieve their goals.
